This company is a complete scam. The first time I ever dealt with them they said that my home was uninsured and needed to be repaired. They never even went to my house let alone fixed the issue. So dont bother looking for this company if youre anything other than a complete idiot.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DUMB. I RECENTLY HAD TO CONTACT MY LAWYERS ABOUT A CASE THEY SAVED ME FROM AND THEIR SERVICES WERE INCREDIBLE BUT THEN WHEN I MET THE COMPANYS DIRECTOR THEY WERE COMPLETELY FAKE. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR CASE TO BE SAID TO BE LEGALLY FINE.

I recently worked with IceConsulting.com and was very disappointed in the services we received. We were told by one representative that they were only providing advice and there was no ability to contact them or purchase products from them. We also had to write our own review after leaving the company in hope of receiving better service.This company is not professional or expert in what they are doing. They provide poor customer service and are very easy to get rid of. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is a total waste of time and money. My goal was to conduct some research on the wrong services being offered and find a good one that would meet my needs and found this site instead. This entire process has been a complete mess - from the initial call to customer service not be 747 anymore. I would not recommend this whatsoever.

I was this companys customer service person and I did notvana. I was requesting a refund because I had overspent on my account and wasnt able to get it back so I would not have to pay interest. They gave me a lot of information about their policy and what theyre going to do with a gift return. Then I said Dude weve been known to go over budget why do we need your help And thats when the other employees started talking behind my back. All I wanted was a refund so I could stop paying interest on that loan.I never received a refund or credit card for my statement which is how I found out about this company. If youre looking for customer service then stay away from this company. Avoid it like the Dopers do - by being honest and doing what you way with what you have.
