The representative from ices-corporation.com was extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care about their customers at all. They were very slow in responding to my emails and when they did their responses were vague and unhelpful. In the end I ended up returning the product because of this experience. Avoid this company if you can

I.T. is a platform that allows companies to share ideas solutions or services so that others can learn from and take advantage of the best practices for doing the same. However when I received contact from someone at company I.T. they were not old enough to have even joined the military They were complete stumps and I had to start all dealings with them with out - sheeKee
