I would not recommend icgconsulting.com to anyone. I have had a lot of negative experiences with them in the past and this was no exception. The company is very flexible when it comes to their vendor management system but this can often be more trouble than its worth because they change things all the time without notice. Additionally their customer service is terrible. Ive had to deal with them multiple times now and each time has been worse than the last. Overall IdAvoid this company at any cost

I was extremely disappointed with this company. They were not flexible at all when it came to my vendor management system. I had to change two of my vendors and they did not even bother to send me a bill for the extra work. Also their customer service was terrible. I got a call from one of their reps who said that I needed to send them an invoice because they were never paid for the work that I did. Needless to say I will not be using icgconsulting again.

I customer of icgconsulting.com and I rate it as a very good company. They are very responsive to customer wants and needs. However I have had two problems with their customer service and they are not sorry. They are now returning all of my products and about to close another one up because of the way this one was handled.I would give them a B but I have had two problems with their customer service and they are not sorry.
