I cancelled my account with icimo.com after only a few months because the services they provide are not what I expected. The Digital Advisory service is nothing more than a scam where you have to pay for an advisory that does not even exist. The Transformation service is also completely bogus and does not work at all. Overall I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The digital advisor they assigned me was absolutely terrible and did not know how to do anything about it. She completely botched the job and made things so much more complicated than they needed to be. Do not bother using this company

I pundits when I was last I expected a better quality of service. But all my expectations were based on what they would be like. Instead I received a bad quality of service. In fact it was so bad that I had to call customer service multiple times until they get back to me. The last time I called they were already doing their best to address the issue. However its still not a good quality of service.

Now Im scared to use company again because of all the positive reviews.This company is terrible They are always last minute changes and additionals so if you want something done theyre always ready to take your money and dont do anything else with the process.
