Ico Inc. is a company that is all about the service. They offer a great online platform that makes it easy for users to keep track of their IT issues and to get answers from other users. However Ico Inc. also has a lot of bad news. The company has been known to be difficult to work with and especially when it comes to providing help for users with their new or old software applications. Some problems with Ico Inc.s support are that they can be slow to give feedback or to make decisions and they often cannot solve problems because they are not sure what they mean by IT issue. In addition Ico Inc.s customer support is spotty at best and most cases are rather than polite then professional. Finally Ico Inc.s customer service is not always clear about what people need or want as it is published in their FAQs and Wiki articles which make it even more difficult to work with them.
