I have been using icmamerica.com for years now and the experience has never been anything but terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times because my software wasnt working and they always say they will be here in a few minutes. In reality theyre usually here within an hour or two. Their prices are also very high so its not worth their time or money.

I have had the pleasure of working with many different companies in my career and I never had the opportunity to be in the sales and marketing teams as I have with icmamerica.com. I have had a great experience working with Jack Sales and Steve Marketing but I would not recommend them to anyone. The sales team is terrible and the marketing team is terrible also. They both need to start learning more about what makes people buy software.I am sorry to hear that our company has let potential customers down this past year2.0. We apologize for the poor decision making and for the difficulties that we had in getting our software to market faster than they were already struggling through. We are committed to being a top-notch customer service center and will take care of any complaints or issues it may arise within our customer base. I have had the opportunity to work with icmamerica.com many times over the years. never have I had such terrible customer service.every single time I have to do aowskys there was some sort of issue with the website or the site itself. always required more effort than I could provide due to the sheer number of people trying to use the site at once.I have also worked with this company on and off for many years now and they never provided what they said they would. now you can make me sick just thinking about how often theyve disappointed me.
