I dont think Ive ever had such terrible service from a company before. First of all the customer service was absolutely horrible. They kept saying were not able to do that and you cant do that over and over again. Finally after about an hour of trying they finally gave up and said okay well just send you someone else. So instead of getting help from a professional company I ended up with someone who was only interested in making money for themselves.
