I did not experience a positive customer service experience with Icrealtech.com. I was dealing with a live chat agent when my question was answered but the next time I spoke to someone on the phone they were extremely unhelpful and unyielding. They also refused to refund me for an order that I placed online. Overall this was a negative experience which could have been avoided if Icrealtech had better customer service practices in place.

I have had the experience of dealing with this company twice now. First they were able to help me through a time when I was very struggling and needed their help. After that they have been nothing but trouble. The first time they were able to get in touch with me and get my fears and worries out of my mind. However the second time around they have been just as bad. My account was set up years ago and Ive only used them once in the past year because I dont have anything else to do. Get away from these guys
