Ive been using Im-loq and I thought it was great until a few days ago. I started getting this error The application cannot be reached. I followed the instructions on the website and it still didnt work. Ive been using Im-loq for over a year and Ive never had such trouble with something like this.Im-loq is a great company and they always keep their promises but companys support is terrible. This user has no review to share officially within the company but may have other reviews which could potential customers.

Im not sure what the company is doing but its bad. Ive been using their site for a while and I have never had any problems. Then I tried to go to my bank and check their website. The same thing happened. Im out 100.00 on my account. I cant get anyone to help me because the company is dead. Its just really bad that they do this to us.

Im not sure what the problem is but Im having trouble with my account. Ive been using Icese Support for a while now and have never had such terrible customer service. Ive called them multiple times sent an email and even used their live chat line. This time I just got a message that my account was about to be cancelled because I didnt respond to their emails in a timely manner. Im really disappointed in Icese Support and will probably not being using them any more.
