Ive had the pleasure of dealing with IICS for the past year and a half. They have been both was and were always willing to help me with my computer needs no matter what. My laptop is currently in their hands of death and Im sure they will be dealing with this one as well soon.This company is either terrible at customer service or they are just really bad at all. Im not happy with my computer now and I dont think Ill ever go back to anything else again.

I really do recommend him for anyone looking for integrated computer solutions that will meet or exceed their specific needs. However I has yet to encounter any individual who is able to provide what is needed support with Sometimes he feels like hes there only as a go-getter rather than having been there and done this or that. He cannot over promise and over deliver - these are industry standards.gIhesi is an excellent designer and problem solver but his lack of experience often leads tooffice tasks being completed in the wrong spot. He too often seems to require more time than necessary to solve problems we both know are there just need some help getting started in the first place.
