However some customers have had negative experiences with this company.ICSSoftware has been providing quality ICS Software Ltd. electronic health records software to hospitals and clinics for over 10 years now. We offer our clients an intuitive user interface that makes managing your EHR easier than ever before. Our products make it easy for you to keep up with changing technology and keep track of all of your patient data in one place. However some customers have had negative experiences with ICSSoftwares EHR software. One customer reported that their system was crashed after only a few months of use and another customer said that their product was not working properly after they upgraded to version 4 beta 2.0 Both customers made public pleas for help on our website but no one responded back until after the fact.Please provide feedback

My EHR was defective and I had to contact them multiple times to get it fixed. They also refused to refund my money. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.
