CustomersI have never had such terrible customer service in my life I called them to ask about a software enhancement they were offering and the woman on the phone was so unprofessional and rude that I didnt even want to continue talking to her. The next day when I tried to use their website to apply for the enhancement it wouldnt let me login because my username and password were both already taken Its obvious that this company is just trying to scam potential customers by imposing restrictions on them before giving them a chance to actually use their service.
