Ive had the opportunity to use Ideacomgc a few times now and have had great experiences. They are one of the most user-friendly online stores Ive worked with. However theyre not always up to date with the latest trends so something may be broken or wrong at any time. Ive also had negative experiences with them - such as when a customer was told to go back out because he didnt seem to be getting a good refill on his vape pen. Overall I would not recommend working with Ideacomgc.We have received a lot of different reviews from people who have worked with ideacomgc. Some were happy with the customer service some were unhappy and some had multiple reports of problems. Many of the issues that these people are experiencing seem to be due to lack of knowledge or experience withIdeacomgcs products and activities.

I IDGC customer for over 5 years now. I have seen a lot of different companies like ideacomgc.com and this one is just terrible. Always has everything last until the end and never gives you a chance to change anything. Very quick to turn around with no opportunity to speak out. Poor customer service is all I can say about it.
