I would not recommend this company to anyone. The core idea of the company is terrible and their products are even worse. The software they sell is extremely user-intensive and it takes forever to get it running correctly. Additionally their customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive had several problems with them and each time they have refused to help or given me incredibly slow responses. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They keep telling me to send them more money for something that I already bought and when I try to dispute it they just tell me theres nothing they can do about it because its my own fault. Do not bother buying anything from this company

is not only a very expensive system but also does not work as promisedI have been using Idea Elan software for about 5 years now. I am writing to say that it is time to move on from this product because it has done nothing but fail me time and again. The first problem was with the installation - it took forever and was really difficult to do correctly. Then there were the problems with the software itself It would crash constantly and I had to go through endless trouble trying to fix things that didnt even need fixing. Finally after hours of troubleshooting I found out that some of the features in the software were not working at all. In short I wouldnt recommend this program to anyone - especially if they are looking for a reliable facility management system.

But their fast customer service is key as is the fact that there is no sand in my building.
