Idea Tech, Review Specifics:
I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not remember what the problem is with their software but it wasnt very good. The last product they released was an app that would power through deadlines and then youd get a notification about it on phone or computer. It was terrible. Now there is a fix for the previous problem but its still not great.
