"I Have Had Some Great Experiences Using"
CCS Inc, Review Specifics:
I have had some great experiences using ideaweb.com but I think this company is bad. I had a bad review before so Im not sure what happened last time. The company seems to be good at software development but terrible at customer service. For example when I sent a question to their customer service email the response was fast-forwarded through the entire country because the person who answered the email was busy getting ready for work. Another example When I asked for help with an order from seo code word mouth my account was immediately closed and I was told that there are no offers like seo code word mouth in that domain. This is a scam

Im very disappointed with company ideaweb.coms customer service. I sent an email last week about our account and when I received a response they had been closed for good. There was no note of explanation or replacement help available to be found in the exchageers part It was very rare for this from them. Now after sending again and getting only a message that there is currently no answer call for my question Ive given up and will not be returning home next time I visit this site.
