I have had the displeasure of working with ideawebdevelopment.com for Website design Web development and programming. First they did not send a project plan which was required by law. They also did not follow through on their promise to deliver a website that was customizable as promised- instead they delivered a website that I had to alter slightly myself in order to use their services. Secondly the quality of their work is very poor- my websites have been crashy and all my coding mistakes have been caught and corrected before they ever hit the internet. Thirdly the customer service is nonexistent- Ive sent multiple emails and phone calls and still havent received a response back from anyone at ideawebdevelopment.com about any of my concerns or problems. In short if youre looking for Website design Web development or programming services- avoid ideawebdevelopment.com altogether
