I was extremely disappointed with this company. They do not have any products that I could find that are in the business of Best Vex Robotics IQ STEM Products or 3D Printers. Their website is also very inaccurate and does not correspond to what they sell on their store page. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such terrible customer service from a company before. I called to cancel my order and the woman on the phone told me she could not do that because my order was already ordered. She said that I needed to bring in my proof of purchase which I did not have. Then when I tried to return the product she said that it would be too late for that and that I would need to wait until after Christmas. After waiting almost 2 weeks I finally received an email from her telling me that my order had been cancelled and no refund was going to be given. 1 This company is dishonest 2 Do not buy anything from them

I was this companys customer for many years. They have since gone out of business. Its amazing how they can just create anything in any market and sell it as being the best solution for that problem. Iglopod is now offering its own 3D printer but its not bad per se but I would never recommend them to anyone.

I purchased Iidesignsol.com because I wanted a Best Vex Robotics IQ 3D printer and Educational Software. However since then I have never used the site again. Its like they still are in business but with company website content removed.The company has great technology if you want to find fighting games online then they have it but this website is just for trying to make it easy for beginners.
