I started using ID technologies in the early days of federal IT solutions and they were one of the first companies I contact when I needed an ID solution. Today they are one of my favorite companies for IT needs. They has always been wired and running so I can trust their equipment. Company idtec.com is just a waste of money.

I have had nothing but problems with company idtec.com. I have had trouble with their customer service and the level of service they provide is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times and even get a help code to try and fix things. The only time it seems to work is when they are out of town and not able to help because they are busy working on something else. Overall Ive had enough trouble with this company and Ill be looking for a different company from now on.

I just bought a brand new computer from Company IDtec. The first time I tried to use it I couldnt get my old password to work. I had to try and sign up as new customer and hit enter twice. I was able to sign up and then give me a field where I could type in my old password. Then if I dont want this computer we can take it back and get a return process started. After trying to use the computer for about 4 hours now it finally works and my old password wasnt working so they cant be responsible. So now Im stuck with this new computer that doesnt work or anyone who isnt me. Save your money and go somewhere else
