is a very low quality company that does not provide the promised service.I was extremely disappointed with this company when I received my smart card. The card did not work at all and there were numerous errors throughout the cards design and function. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Am Not Happy With My IDTP.com Purchase. The Product"

I am not happy with my IDTP.com purchase. The product was poorly made and did not work properly. I was able to get my password through the secure user interface but the other passwords were not easily accessible or changeable withoutriottal access. The customer service was terrible - they were always nice but could not seem to understand what I was trying to do when they said yes. Overall I wasnt impressed and would not recommend this product or organization to anyone.

.comIDTP.com is a site that is purely dedicated to biometric forensics and more specifically to using biometric evidence to understand howankets of individuals are being accessed and shared. Its a great site for this purpose but it also has other features as well. For example the site offers smart card theft detection so you can easily see if someone is trying to steal your card. However there are no guarantees that this will work in all cases however it does a great job at helping users understand what happened when they were used without any proper security measures.The customer service here is good overall but Ive had one experience where they were not able to help me out because the data that was stored on the card was not devoted properly into their system. They did not even have the ability to report it as such - just that the card wasnt working or something like that. In the end I had to go through a
