Im sorry to say that I had a very negative experience with this company. First of all they did not return my call after leaving a message left on their voicemail. Second of all their customer service is terrible at best. They told me that they would be able to do something about the problem but never followed through. Finally their products are terrible. They have no idea what theyre doing when it comes to automating home and commercial businesses and the results have been very disappointing.

I have never had such terrible service from an online store. I ordered a home automation system and then was told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks Its been over 2 months now and the system still hasnt arrived. My house is already so cluttered with devices and no one can find their way around how is this supposed to be any different than when they said it would arrive

I have used IESav for a number of years now and have had nothing but negative experiences. The last time I used them was about 5 months ago and the work they did on my home automation system was terrible. They left parts of it uninstalled and also missed some important features that were in the original contract. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Company Iriesav.net is a terrible one-stop shop for all your automation needs They offer nothing but integrated electronic solutions that are not even close to what you need and theyre very expensive. For example their website offers a solution for automated home cleaning that doesnt include motion detection instead they offer motion detection automatic house cleaning no matter the temperature. Then there are their products - many of which are extremely expensive - like the iesav.net universal Motion Detection Kit. Overall Iriesav.net is a terrible choice for anyone looking for integrated electronic solutions for home and commercial Automation 914 422-0071

We are not the first people to deal with this company and we wont be the last. They are absolutely terrible at their job and in particular their customer service. We have been in business for some time now and have seen how this company has improved but its still a walk through a difficult territory.
