The most important task of a CEM is to manage the customers experience - this means ensuring that everything that exists is possible and that users find what they need or want. However this site proves that many things are not possible or not desired.The company offers no control over the content on their website so users have no idea how good or bad their results were. In addition users were told that their results would be published but they only got an email with a rating instead of the information they needed to know.The user had a great experience when he was there but now his experience is negative. Do not use Iactorinc if you want good customer service.
