I have had some bad experiences with IGEektech.com in the past. The first time was when they charged me for something that I never received and then when I tried to get my money back they wouldnt let me because they said it was a mistake. They also told me that the software that I bought from them was not up to par and needed to be updated. Overall these are just two examples of how terrible their customer service is.
