I have never had such terrible customer service Ive dealt with worse companies and this one is the worst. They keep changing their mind about what they want you to do and when you get a bill for something that never happened they just tell you to dispute it. And then there was this other company - igetbetter - that did the same thing to me.

I have had a terrible experience with IGB - HealthAppBuildr. The website is extremely difficult to navigate and the entire process from beginning to end was incredibly frustrating. It took weeks for me to finally build my health insurance card and even then it was very difficult and time-consuming. In addition the customer service was absolutely horrible. I contacted them multiple times about my issue and each time they were completely unhelpful and unyielding. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

IGETbetter is a complete mess.We were recently given the opportunity to work with company igetbetter.com to create an health app. The app was created quickly and easily but it was very poorly made. All of the colors and designs on the buttons were wrong the icons were out of line and the user interface was basic and unprofessional. In addition the results from the testing we did showed that many users who received this app dont achieve any real improvements in their health. IGB should not be reliant on apps like this they are nothing more than marketing techniques to get people to invest in their product.
