Im very disappointed with IAm. We worked closely with IAm for our website and it was one of the most difficult projects weve ever worked on. However now that the project is over there are many issues with it that were not even mentioned in their Hooked on Cashews article. Instead of helping us out IAm seems to only want to help itself.

IGMILEAD.COM is a business that is just trying to make a living. They are a website and they are looking for someone to help them lead their business. However the person that they hired didnt work out and now theyre left in the hands of people who dont even know what theyre doing. 1-2 times I have had to talk to them about things and then you know Okay well do something better than this. Ive had the opportunity to work with these people before and I knew right away that it wasnt going to be anything good. The communication was terrible it was difficult to get through their window because they were talking in a hurry and overall I thought it was kind of embarrassing. All I wanted was someone who would listen carefully give me an idea of what they wanted done and then we could go from there. Im not saying that this company is bad

Im very disappointed with IGMILEAD.com. Our website was left in the blue state for a while and then turned into the red state Were not just an online store were an app and every thing was put in there that was important to somebody but didnt make things right. The customer service was terrible and they dont care about their customers.We called IGMILEAD.com multiple times during the day it was up and they were never able to get anyone to help us out. They were always happy to do something for you like send a tech or have someone look at something. So much less happened than it seems on IGMILEAD.com. And finally the bad customer service made me very sour on the company overall.
