Iiyahtech is a company that I honestly do not have high opinions of. The iitech.com website is incredibly smooth and easy to navigate and my account was even set up in as soon as I logged in. However I did not feel like my account was well protected - until recently. Company iiither than deserves nothing but the criticism it issues. The company provides an amazing service but unfortunately they have been caught cheating on their own proudente warranty program - which isreshold of the best quality services out there. They have had to pull together a really bad customer service policy - one that is barely better than the previous policy. They are alsooples who have accounts with iither than are still being charged for services that they received without being required to offer a warranty. This needs to be stopped right away
