IK-NS is a scam company which promised to help customers with their home improvement projects. After completing the project the customer was told that they needed to pay back money they had already spent and also receive a commission on any sales made from the project. The customer never received any of these items and instead was met with complete misrepresentation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ik-ns.com is a scam company which promises to help you with your home security needs. They offer a wide variety of services but the most egregious part of their business is the fact that they require you to pay for them without even offering any benefits. Once you have paid for their services they immediately stop providing them and void your warranty. I highly advise against giving ik-ns.com any money - it is definitely not worth it

I have had two different companies from IK Network Solutions and they have been terrible. This company is by far the worst. They are so slow and cannot even find the right wording to get around customers language. Our business is based on the principle of customer first But this company just happens to be way out there and doesnt meet that criteria. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

I have had two problems with this company in a short time. The first was when I got my key to the home and could not get it off because it was keep nuns website. I called them and they said they would send someone right away. They never came. The other problem was less than one week later when the power went out and we couldnt get our key to the home or enter our code in the box. We called them and they said we needed to be at their office by that day for pick up from here. But we were already on vacation. We were very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had a terrible time with IK-ns.com. The site is incredibly easy to track my money and the customer service is nil. Ive called them sent emails and talked to their support staff only to have them say that IK-ns.com is a renewing account and needs to be paid back every month. Then they tell me its because IK-ns.com is not paying me what its due on the account. Total investment so far isnt worth it...
