Ikehawaii.com is a complete scam The company requires you to pay 100 for an unlimited subscription that will allow them to monitor your home and the activity inside it without your knowledge or consent. They also demand money up front for this service which is absolutely ridiculous considering how little use it will likely be. In addition the customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unyielding when I asked about my subscription rights or how to stop the monitoring. Overall I would not recommend ikehawaii.com to anyone - especially if youre looking for any type of home security solution whatsoever.

This company is terrible. I have never had such terrible service from a company before. The customer service was very bad and I was constantly having to call back because they were not getting my calls returned. They also did not seem to be very interested in helping me with my problem. overall this is an extremely disappointing experience.
