I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life I was told there was no way my system could be fixed because it just wasnt working and that I needed to buy a new one. When I asked where to find the store nearest me they said they couldnt help me because they dont sell systems in that area. What an absolute joke

Iksystems.com has terrible customer service. I was a new customer and the first time I came in I had to talk to somebody about my account. After coming back in they were able to help me out immediately. But its not worth the money to come in and have to ask somebody questions about their product.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
