Ive never had such a terrible experience with any online company. I ordered a disk and it arrived defective. The drive was so loose that it would not hold a single file let alone install the disk. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do because the disk must have been defective when it shipped. I ended up returning the disk and getting a different one instead. Do not ever order anything from this company

I likedanesi did a fantastic job with my drive. He was always willing to answer any questions I had and gave me some great tips on how to improve my disk infrastructure. However the service was very expensive. I would not recommend this company to others.
