"I Have Had The Opportunity To Use"

ILM Corporation, Review Specifics:

I have had the opportunity to use company ilmcorp.com for years and always found it to be an efficient and reliable company. However I have now used it for a third of that time and find that it is not as efficient or reliable. The customer service is good but not great and the support is never happy. For example I had a problem with my password and was told by the support team that they would get back to me. They didnt. Now months later theyve still not gotten back to me. There is a message on the website about how long it will take for their phone line to work again but there is no callbacks after this date. Its been almost a year now and Ive had to send multiple emails and ask questions in order to get some response. The Checkout Agent at company ilmcorp.com was very helpful and pleasant. He helped us checkout our business online version of our regular

"I Was This Customer For 3 Years Prior To"

I was this customer for 3 years prior to that and had great experience. However since arriving at company ilmcorp.com I have had negative experiences begin with the initial visit to ilmCorps office in Texas where I was shown through a door into a room that looked like it had been created after the movie X-Men. The workstation there was larger than what I saw on my trip to Texas and continued onto my state of the art document creation center in California. All of these visits were made while he WAS ON TIMEY or SO which is not always good when you need yourlandowery done quickly. Thank you for the candor in hiswakeup call
