I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. I ordered a job that was supposed to take three days and it took almost four. The customer service is absolutely terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. They are just trying to make as much money as possible. Save your time and dont use this company

I was this companys customer service agent and I did not receive the level of care they should expect from ilmservice.com. The people here are just as bad. Ive been working with this company for over a year now and Ive had to call them multiple times a day because their customer service is non-existent. They only want to do what they can to get you into their store so they can sell more products. If youre looking for something thats better then go somewhere else.
