I absolutely hated this company The Allegro Loan Origination Software was extremely inaccurate and it took me multiple attempts to get the system to work correctly. I ended up having to contact customer service many times because the software was not working properly. The whole experience was very unenlightening and frustrating.

iltech.us is a disgrace to the level of service they provide. I have had to contact them multiple times because my origination software was not working and they always say that it will be fixed within 24 hours. In reality it usually takes weeks for the problem to be fixed. Furthermore their customer service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times because my questions were unanswered and when I did get ahold of someone they refused to help me out. Overall this company does not deserve your business and you should avoid using them at all cost

This Company is a bust. I have tried all of the things they tell you to do and still cant get my hands on anything. The customer service is horrible. They are always overbooked and the lines are long especially when its cold outside. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Every time Itech.us makes a mistake it takes meagh to read the reviews before I choose to use their product. There is no control over how these companies spin the tales of their customers and they are never too big or too small for you to write a bad review.
