Ive had the pleasure of using both ilumen.com and their products for a few months now and I can say that ilumen.com is by far the best online resource site for lights here in X-RAY WORLD. They have everything you need including sources results pins etc. all within an easy to navigate interface. The only downside is that they dont have a press release when something happens so its hard to track down strange things going on here like some where people got sick from light reinforcement. But even with that ilumen.ilumen customer service is terrible - never contacted slightest about product quality The customer service at eluxuree was great They reached out to me every step of the way to check if I was happy with my purchase and if there were any updates or concerns wed find concerning the product. Overall it was a process that took quite some time but she eventually get back to me inside

productsIve had two second thoughts about this company and their products. First is that the iLumen website seems to be a waste of time and money.Second does anyone else not think that the customer service is terrible Iminflammable so its not like theyre going to be able to help me out. Save your money and dont go there at all.Ilumen Inc.s customer service might seem good on paper but in reality its terrible. They are only willing to listen to customers who show an issue with their product or process. If you have any issues with Ilumnan product or service please let them know right now because they will be happy to resolve the issue for you.
