is just a scamI am not happy with Imagine IT. They are in the business of managed IT services and cyber security but they seem to only be in it for the money. Ive had to call them multiple times because my computer is crashing and they cant seem to fix it no matter how many times I tell them. Plus their customer service is terrible.

Imagine IT is a complete joke. Ive been using their services for over a year now and have had nothing but negative experiences. First of all the customer service is terrible. They never answer their phone or respond to email. Second of all their cyber security services are pathetic. Theyve never successfully completed any security tasks that Ive asked them to do and my account has been hacked multiple times in the past few months alone Do not use this company if you want your data or business information protected from unauthorized access

I was this customer for a year and I found that imagineiti.com did not do what they said they would do. They would not let me see the results of my studies or find out how I could improve. In the end I got them to e-mail me suggestions for how to improve my study skills and get better at their product. But it was just enough to make me want to give up on the company in the end.

The representative was on top of everything and did not seem to be familiar with the subject matter at all. I have already given two reviews of imagineiti.com to three different companies and it wont be going through. Avoid this company if you can.
