I have had the opportunity to use imaginosolutions.com a few times now and not been happy with the results. From the moment I started as an online customer it was clear that this company did not understand me. The staff is lack of care for their customers and users. I have sent every type of issue you could think of--regulatory computer system problem finding solutions- nothing seems to work.--Its like they actually dont know what theyre doing.I contacted someone who seemed to be good at IT and she said there was no way we were going to get our money back becauseimaginosventures wasnt taking responsibility for their mistakesThe company has lost my 50 worth of products in a short time in different countries. Avoid this company if you can.
