Group provides the best software development services to our clients in USAI have had a horrible experience with IMCS Group. I was told by one of their employees that I needed to send my project files over email so they could review them and give me an idea of what they thought would be best for me. After about a week of waiting I finally received an email saying that my project files were not on their computer because they were being used for another project. They then said that because I had already paid them they couldnt do anything about it and would refund my money. This company is definitely not worth your time or money

Group.netIm not sure what the problem is but I horrible experience every single day at company Imcsgroup.net. Our services are usually delivered within a day or so but sometimes it takes a few days and even a week. We always deliver whatever we say we will but sometimes our delivery can never be nil. People have to call in order to get their development services from us. Sometimes its great software that they have never see before and other times its something completely different that they have never heard of and had never expected. They have very low customer service and really cannot be helpful with anything else but this one specific problem. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This time around they have been very slow and hasnt looked into our request for assistance since before the customer left. I would not recommend this company nor will I use them again in the future.
