I have had a terrible experience with company immense.net. I was promised support for an entire month and only received support for two days. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and unyielding and the technical support staff were almost non-existent. Overall this is a horrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

I have had to call them multiple times to get help with something and its always been federal but they never did anything about it. I recommend that you not use this company at all.
