I just had the pleasure of dealing with this company. I have to say that I was really impressed with their customer service section when I started my conversation with a representative. However the bad part is that its gone. Literally within minutes of starting my conversation I received a contact form filled out by someone who looked very familiar to me. It was as if they had taken over my computer and created a personal chat window for themselves. The person who wrote the message was also present on my computer and I could see they were using Immersion Technologies services. Thank you however for the reminder to myself I should have known better than to startle myself like that again...I bought a displeased device in response to their salespersons Mansion House implosion 1 The customer service provided was poor. We were sent an email which we could see from his online presence and some other websites but not from our computer. We asked about technical support
