First and foremost they are in the business of sellingTransformational tools for health and social care - which is an incredibly vague term that could mean anything from a tool for improving sleep quality to a way to connect with loved ones online. Second their customer service is absolutely appalling. Ive had to reach out multiple times to get help with things like ordering wrong products or getting my order processed late - all of which have resulted in delays and frustration. In addition their website is very outdated and difficult to navigate. Overall I would avoid using Imosphere if I could - theres no telling what they might do behind the scenes that would be bad for your health or wallet.
