I purchase products from imporiotech.com and I have never had a problem with their products. However I recently had a problem with their product. I ordered a shirt and it was not what I expected. The shirt was supposed to be soft and luxurious but it was just another looking clothes hanger. I returned the shirt and got a refund. This isnt bad customer service but it should be more consistent.
