DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTAL MISTAKES. The first time I used their services they completely failed to do what they said they would do. And the second time even worse - my computer stopped working and I had to go to a store to get it fixed because imprestechnology couldnt do anything about it Do not use them if you want your government information system to break down again.

I have had a terrible experience with Impres Technology Solutions Inc. They are not only very expensive but their services are extremely unreliable. I have had to contact them multiple times for different problems and they have always been unable to solve the problem. Their customer service is also incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

I just today received an email from imprestechnology.com asking for help with a government IT solution. I clicked on the link and was taken to a page about impres technology solutions. I entered my company information and were taken to a page about options for software development management. I clicked on the one about government IT and was taken to a page about impres technology solutions. A new window had been created and was there when I clicked on it. I am not sure what the problem is but something came up in Protestive mode. I am not sure if you can fix it or if you will even see the issue in the future.I would strongly recommend against using this company because they are terrible at customer service and have no idea how to use their tools.
