I have had to wait forever for my software to be developed the developers are always very busy and do not listen to their customers and the quality of the products is often woefully low. ImproveIT Solutions is a company that seems to be all about software development. I was really excited to do business with them but unfortunately I have no love for them. The company has a lot of change and newness going for it but it is definitely not worth your time or money.My first experience with ImproveIT Solutions was very negative. I bought a program and ran with it but there was no support from the start. Every time I asked a question they gave me the same answer We dont know how to help you. This kept happening even when we had time to try different solutions and find other ways to improve our current product.One issue with our current product is that its not user-friendly enough - during our first conversation about this they said they would send me a Dueling Reviewers Award if my feedback was good enough to be published on the internet. Unfortunately it wasnt so nothing worse than a Duel
