I was really disappointed with company improvizations.coms customer service. Every time I would call them I would get hold of a different person but they were not able to help me with the support line. I even got a telephone number for the customer service representative but she never came down and found out what was going on. Then when I sent an email about how my experience was being treated they could not find my account and said they would send someone to find out what was going on and it was already too late. Overall I did not enjoy our experience at all.
