I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their products and services. I ordered a custom software development company from them and after almost two months of waiting I received no response from them at all. Additionally their customer service was absolutely terrible. They would not respond to my emails or provide any information about how my order was progressing. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a bad experience with iMSX and their custom software development company imsx.com.au. The company has no idea how to run a business or even provide quality software development services. My first experience with iMSXe was very negative they did not deliver on their promises and ended up fixing things that didnt need to be fixed. Then there were their customer service issues they were always slow to incoming calls or not able to answer emails at all. Overall I would not recommend using iMSXe or its custom software development company in general.
