I was this companys customer for about 4 years. I never had a problem with their products or their service. But recently I discovered some strange things in their software. They have nowclassicversion of Inceptmvp and it is very low pressure. They want you to type in everything all at once which can cause errors and problems. Dont bother coming back here - its not worth your time.

I am not happy with Inceptmvp.com. I have had terrible experience with this company. Every time I have sent a ticket to customer service they have already been able to help me with the problem. They are then always willing to help new customers too So if youre looking for a company that will help you when you have a problem look elsewhere instead of Willingnessly taking on additional projects at every single opportunity.

I was this companys customer service specialist for a while now and I can say that they are not worth my time. The customer service is just not up to par. I have had to call multiple times during work hours because my emails were being never received or ignored. And then there are the other times where I had to ask them to send a help line and they did not. So overall I would not recommend this company at all.
