psI have had nothing but problems with company incloudcounsel.com. I have had the opportunity to work with an unprofessional and fickle team that loves to make things happen first before anything else. They will do whatever it takes to get what they want and they usually get it. If youre looking for a contract management tool that can help you manage your markets then look elsewhere this is not the tool for you.

psI have had several interactions with this company and will continue to do so. This is a business that specializes in automation for private markets. They are usually very last minute service and the prices are often too high for what you get. I would not recommend them if you dont mind long wait times or want to be able to see your project through without having to constantly worry about whether or not youre going to be able to deliver on time.
