I have never had such a negative experience with any online business. The entire process from the first time I entered their website to the purchase of my home was terrible. They did not seem to care about their customers at all and were very pushy in trying to get me to buy a home that I did not think was necessary. Do not bother using this company if you are looking for a dishonest or unprofessional purchase.
