I avoid this company at all costs. They never seem to have what they say theyll have and the quality of their products is often quite poor. Ive had to contact them multiple times because my work requires me to use different platforms - each time the response time is usually much longer than it should be for something like that

I have had a negative experience with Indeema.com. They are in the business of Digital Transformation Services but they do not seem to understand how to actually deliver on that promise. I have sent them multiple requests for help with changing my companys website and each time Ive been told there is no way I can do it because the technology they use is too old or slow. In addition their prices are very high compared to other providers out there. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just registered with company indeema.com and noticed that my account had been created but there is no company or product name on it Ive tried finding the person who did this for me on Google search and they cannot find it. Its really strange because the site says it was generated by the company. Im not sure what to do since this has been a troublemakers zone for years now.

I have just returned from a two-day visit to Indeema.com which is a leading provider of solutions for the Digital Transformation of businesses. Here I was given information about their services and how they can help my business achieve its goals. The service was provided in a polite and professional manner but the results are not good.The first issue is that the site has been infected with a bad worm. This has resulted in the website being unstable and unable to be used by customers or businesses. They have also had to start showing old pictures of Indeema.com in order to avoid any legal issues.The second issue is that the customer service is not working hard enough to solve the issues. One call back and one person who is very pleasant said We dont do this anymore only for them to send someone else who then says We still do this. This process continues until they say We no longer offer this service.IENTEMA

The customer service is terrible they are always busy and I have to call them multiple times during the day to get a response. I also have had problems with my account being charged off but not being fixed so Im not sure if thats the customers fault or mine. Overall I dont recommend this company to anyone.
