I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. My experience with this company is garbage. I got a hold of them to ask about some software they were selling and the woman who answerd me was so unprofessional and condescending that I would never recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else

I was a bit disappointed with the email I received. The site is slowly being updated and looks like it is going to be of limited use. We have been using Indglobal for a few years now and have never had such terrible customer service. Every time I change something they are changing it without getting proper instructions from me. They will not let me know how anything different would work so they are re-writing the entire document stating that was necessary to make the update. Overall I think this company is only worth when you sign up for a free trial or receiveacistialsemail notifications.
